The performance area is host to a wide variety of dance and acrobatic performances, particularly focusing on a circus theme. The performances taking place over the weekend are:
Simple Cypher’s first creation combines disciplines from two different artforms: Hip Hop and Circus. The piece is an introduction to Simple Cypher, sharing their individual personalities and their combined strengths. Working with simplicity and the cypher to bring a new light to Circus and Hip Hop Theatre. Cyr wheel and juggling meets musicality, originality and play. Kieran Warner and Christopher Thomas recently
graduated the BA Honors Degree programme at the National Centre for Circus Arts. Both specialising in Cyr Wheel, the two also share a
passion for Hip Hop. Style, originality and unity are key fundamentals of Hip Hop culture and have had a profound influence on their development as circus performers.
Engage Circus a community circus project from Artspace Cinderford, they will be hosting inclusive aerial skills workshops on their free standing rig. The workshops are fully accessible, with adapted equipment and rigging systems to enable those with limited mobility including wheel chair users who can transfer from their wheelchair, to experience flying in an aerial hammock !
Engage tutors are trained as inclusive arts leaders and can use BSL or Makaton to communicate with participants.
Engage tutors are professional circus artists and will be performing aerial acts for your enjoyment following the workshops.

Power, the fearless new dance production from 2Faced Dance choreographed by Alleyne Dance, explores our relationship with authority and control.
With abuses of power and domination affecting communities across the world, we look at how power can seduce, shift and shape our behaviour. Performed with live audio description and three explosive dancers from 2Faced questioning: Who leads? Who follows? Who holds the power?
Power contains British Sign Language and audio description using The Rationale Method.
