As well as the incredible vessels, one of the star attractions at this year’s Tall Ships and Adventure Festival is the amazing Gravity Jet Suit display.

State-of-the-art aeronautical engineering will be shown off superhero style over the water at Gloucester Docks.

Gravity Industries will be doing displays of their body-controlled jet-engine power suit over the three days between May 25 and 27.

The British firm has risen to prominence in recent years with its founder and chief test pilot Richard Browning breaking the world record for the fastest speed in a body-controlled jet-engine-powered suit, reaching 32.02mph in 2017.

The Jet Suit displays are one of many fantastic attractions at this year’s festival which also includes wakeboarding, surfing simulators, climbing walls and much more.
