Gloucester Docks Estate is a private, mixed use Estate owned by Gloucester City Council and managed by ASH Chartered Surveyors on behalf of the Gloucester Docks Estate Company Limited. The Estate has seen major regeneration over the last 20 years, to create around 300 apartments, with offices, attractions, bars, restaurants and a pedestrianised public realm. It is now a vibrant place to live, work and enjoy for all.
