If you book a Sealegs ticket, your Stowaway can board the Tall Ships with you.

Should I book in advance, or when I arrive?
We would highly recommend you purchase tickets that you know you'll need in advance, especially if you're interested in Sea Legs tickets that include access to the ships. We're expecting Sea Legs tickets to sell out early so can't guarantee their availability in May. You'll be able to buy your tickets right up to the festival dates and at the festival, but only if we have them available which we can't guarantee.

What will my tickets be like?
When you book, you'll receive an e-ticket to your email address. Due to the numbers of tickets we will be issuing, we won't be issuing physical tickets.

How does my ticket work on the day?
When you arrive at Gloucester Tall Ships Festival in May, you'll need to show your e-ticket to one of the team at the entrance gates. They'll then issue you with a wristband. The type of wristband you get will match the ticket type you buy.

How much will tickets be?
Individual day tickets range between £8 and £19 per day. Stowaway tickets (ages five and under) are free but booking is required.

Will you have family tickets?
We have a family discount that will apply if you purchase four tickets where at least one is a child ticket. Just add four or more tickets for any given festival day to your basket and the discount will apply. If your basket qualifies for other discounts, the system will calculate the best deal possible.

I want to come to more than one day of the festival, what do I do?
Simply add tickets to all the days you wish to come to, and a discount of 10% for two days or 15% off all three days will apply in your basket. If you qualify for other discounts, the greatest discount will apply to your basket so you're getting the best deal possible.

Do you do Carer / Assistance tickets?
Yes, we do provide free Carer / Assistance tickets. If you need this, please phone Gloucester Guildhall Box Office on 01452 503050. Please note the Box Office is only open Wed-Sat, 10am-4pm.

Why is entry to Tall Ships not free?
Big events like Tall Ships cost a huge amount to stage. Booking top music acts, bringing in immersive experiences, creating interactive art installations, constructing the funfair, sailing our wonderful fleet of Tall Ships from across the world to us, and running the site safely, means we have to charge to experience it.
